Summer in Dubai | Best Waterparks in Dubai

Staying in Dubai for the summer? As the temperature rises you’ll need to stay cool under the Arabian sun. Dubai is home to some of the world’s best waterparks, with more rides and slides being added every year!

Waterparks in Dubai are perfect for cooling down in the summer sun, and are a great destination for families and friends when staying in Dubai hotels. With so many to choose from, we’ve put together our top waterparks to visit in Dubai during you stay.

Jungle Bay Dubai

The newest water park to open in Dubai, you’ll find Jungle Bay within Le Meridien and The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort. Jungle Bay has a dedicated splash park for kids and a six-metre wave pool.  

You won’t find white-knuckle rides, but it’s calming blue hues, private cabanas and beachfront location make it the perfect spot for families looking for a great day out in Dubai.

LEGOLAND® Water Park

The most awesome water park in Dubai, LEGOLAND® Water Park is designed specifically for kids aged 2-12 and their families. Located at Dubai Parks and Resorts, fans of the brick will be in awe as they splish and splash through the park.

You can build a LEGO® raft to float around the lazy river, take on the Joker Soaker or visit your favourite characters in the DUPLO® Splash Safari. If you’re celebrating a birthday in Dubai, upgrade your experience with VIP treatments in your own Cabana.

Wild Wadi Waterpark

Wild Wadi Water Park is a firm favourite with visitors to Dubai and residents of the Emirate. Dubai’s iconic water park boasts spectacular views of the Burj Al Arab, nested amongst the Jumeirah hotel resorts.

If it’s the adrenaline rush you’re looking for, the 32 metre high Jumeirah Sceirah is for you. As the floor disappears beneath you, plunge down the 120 metre slide at speeds of 80km/h. Aquaventure Waterpark, Atlantis

The largest waterpark in the world, and voted the no.1 waterpark in Dubai – Aquaventure Waterpark is located in the world-famous Atlantis The Palm hotel in Dubai.

With so many rides and experiences to discover, you’ll probably need more than one day to get around the whole park. Trident Tower is home to record-breaking slides including Odyssey of Terror the world’s tallest waterslide and Shockwave – the longest family water in the world at 449 metres!

Wherever you choose to spend your summer days in Dubai, make sure you stay safe in and out of the water.

  • Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water, available from kiosks around the parks.
  • Wear sunscreen, and top up when you come out of the water.
  • Protect your feet from the heat with water shoes or wear flip flops around the park.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the waterparks.
