Eric's exceptional performance and dedication over the past year have earned him this well-deserved recognition. Some of his achievements include:

•    Eric took over full operational management by rebuilding the reception team, and empowering team leaders with new standards and controls.

•    He boosted room revenue through optimising online rates and implementing upselling strategies at the front desk.

•    By fostering positive relations with outsourced companies, he improved room conditions and public areas enhancing overall guest experience.

•    Given the hotel's substantial Chinese clientele, he strategically introduced an Asian Menu at Nuevo restaurant – this contributed to Dubai Dragon Mart winning ‘Chinese-Friendly Hotel of the Year 2023’ by Trip.com.
