For us, attractive locations are within proximity of business districts/parks, government offices, airports, transport hubs, industrial areas, hospitals and educational institutions.

- Average gross room area: 50 to 55m2 (excluding car parking)

- 400 bedrooms 224,960ft2 / 21,000m2
- Car Parking @ 377ft2 / 35m2 per space (quantity required as per Municipality building regulations)

We’re looking for new locations to expand Premier Inn in the UAE. Premier Inn has successfully opened eight hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the last 10 years, and we have plans to continue our growth in the UAE.

We have a new hotel in Barsha Heights, opening later in 2021. As an experienced and successful owner-operator we are always looking for new locations, or partners, to facilitate our expansion.
