We ask guests to keep pets supervised, use a leash in public areas, and ensure they are well-behaved throughout the stay to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.

We’re happy to welcome dogs to our hotels, but owners must be mindful of their dog’s behaviour in and around the hotel. We operate a Two Strike Noise Rule, by issuing a formal warning if their dog causes excessive noise disturbance to other guests. A Pet Registration Form and Liability Agreement must also be completed on arrival at the hotel.
We recommend you bring items your dog is comfortable with. Our rooms have beds and bowls, and a discount is available with our partners The Pet Shop for additional supplies during your stay.
We can only accept 1 small to medium sized dog under 15kg in our dog-friendly rooms.
A Dog Fee of 50AED per room, per night is payable on check-in. An additional Dog Damages Deposit will be required on check-in payable by cash or credit card to cover any damages. The deposit is fully refundable on check out with no damages.
No. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in our hotel public areas such as restaurants, bars, pools and gyms. There will be a dedicated ‘dog-path' to access outside areas from hotel rooms.
Dogs are permitted in outdoor areas of the hotel, with a dedicated dog station for dogs to relieve themselves. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
Guests need to let our Reception Team know when you want your room to be cleaned, as the dog will need to leave the room for cleaning.
