Premier Inn Middle East has marked another stellar year during the 2025 Moon & Stars Awards, held at the iconic Hard Rock Café in Dubai.
The vibrant event celebrated the remarkable contributions of team members from Premier Inn’s regional hub and its 11 hotels across the UAE and Qatar, recognising their outstanding commitment, performance, and positive impact on the business and brand in the region.
Among the guests were Premier Inn board members, including John Bevan, CEO of dnata Travel Group, and Steve Allen, CEO of dnata, who delivered a congratulatory speech celebrating the team’s achievements.

We have traded brilliantly and outperformed our competitors in Dubai and Doha, generated over 1 million room nights, and delivered an impressive 57% year-on-year increase in profit. Customer satisfaction also reached new heights with consistently strong guest feedback and a record-breaking number of reviews.

Over the last year, Premier Inn has received wide recognition through 20 prestigious awards, including the coveted Dubai Sustainable Tourism Stamp and the highly-respected Business Traveller Award for Best Airport Hotel in the Middle East. The brand was also featured in several influential power lists, further cementing its leading position in the mid-market hospitality sector.
In addition, Premier Inn introduced its Next Evolution Style room concept in the region, combining a refreshed design with the signature comfort guests know and love. The company also made significant strides in digital transformation through a strategic partnership with The Digital Hotelier, the launch of a redesigned website, and a targeted Book Direct campaign that redefined the customer journey and enhanced the digital guest experience.
Premier Inn further strengthened its Force for Good sustainability programme with a series of engaging hotel roadshows and impactful community initiatives. In collaboration with Emirates Leisure Retail, the brand also launched the first revamped Mr Toad’s Pub & Kitchen at Dubai Silicon Oasis, elevating its food and beverage offering.
Looking ahead, Premier Inn’s key objectives for 2025 include expanding its presence in existing markets by adding new rooms and opening additional properties, with Saudi Arabia identified as a key growth opportunity. The company will also continue to invest in technology to enhance guest experiences and boost business performance. This includes the further rollout of its new room design at Abu Dhabi Capital Centre and the regional launch of the elevated Premier Plus product.
