When creating your rewards account, check that you've selected the currency that best suits how you'd like to use your rewards.
With an AED account, you can access the redemption options supported for that currency, including eligible digital gift cards and other available redemption methods.
PayPal redemption is available in USD and Cash for a Cause is available for USD accounts only. If you plan to use either option, consider selecting USD when creating your account.
QAR is not currently available as a rewards account currency. When staying at our Doha hotels, you’ll need to select one of the supported account currencies.

Your cashback is earned as reward value in your loyalty wallet following eligible stays. You can then redeem your accumulated value using the redemption methods available for your account currency.
Redemption through PayPal and Visa is available in USD. If you prefer these options, select USD as your account currency when registering.
Eligible direct bookings at Doha hotels can earn rewards. However, QAR is not supported as an account currency, so you'll need to choose another available currency when registering.
To ensure your rewards do not expire, log in to your account at least once every 12 months. Reward expiry conditions are governed by the programme terms.
Bookings made through the Premier Inn MENA website, by phone or directly with the hotel qualify for Premier Inn Rewards, subject to programme terms. Long-stay, partner and negotiated rates are not eligible.
You can submit a “missing stay” request through your Guestbook account. The Guestbook team will review your request.
Rewards are calculated on the final total of your eligible room charges, excluding taxes, fees and incidentals. Cash Back is calculated at 5% of this total, while Cash Forward is calculated at 15%.
If your booking is amended, your reward will be recalculated based on the revised eligible room charges. Cancelled bookings do not qualify for rewards.
AED accounts have currency-specific redemption options. These include eligible gift cards for brands such as Amazon, Noon, Lulu, Shein, Max and Costa Coffee. Sign in to The Guestbook to view the current options available for your account.
Yes. The 5% Cash for a Cause option allows eligible members to donate their reward to a charitable cause. This option is available for USD accounts only.
Email contact@theguestbook.com with your preferred currency before making a redemption. Orders placed in the previous currency cannot be cancelled or refunded. Read The Guestbook’s currency-change guidance for more information.

Yes, if you are an existing Guestbook member, you can book your stay at Premier Inn hotels in the Middle East and redeem your rewards.
The programme is designed for you to book directly with the hotel and complete your stay. If you are staying in one of the rooms, you can receive credit for your room and two additional rooms. The remaining rooms do not qualify for rewards unless the occupant also enrols in the programme. A reservation is only eligible for the cashback benefit if your email address on the reservation matches that used in the programme. Special negotiated rates, such as group or corporate rates, are not eligible for rewards. Eligibility is at the hotel’s discretion, so please check with the hotel when booking these rates.
