Our team wellness programme includes: Wellness Winters featuring, walks, hikes and outings that allow team members to explore areas of the region and healthcare sessions such as eye tests and cancer awareness workshops.

We also participate in the Dubai 30x30, we have cricket each year I think, and we have  shared support centre where help can be reaches if needed, we also provide great  medical insurance cover to each team member which supports them while they are away from home.

Giving back to the local community is at the heart of our Force for Good programme, we’re involved in many worthwhile initiatives including: 

- Blood donation drives for local hospitals 
- Ramadan meal box deliveries 
- Hotel pool days for the Abu Dhabi Autism Centre children

As well as the local community,  we’re keen to support the wider - global community where many of our team members and guests are from. 

We’ve been proudly supporting World Vision
combat childhood poverty since 2021. Each of our 11 hotels sponsor a child, helping them gain   
access to education and healthcare, as well as funding their family festive meals, back to school supplies and ensuring each child receives a gift on their birthday.

We want to ensure our guests have the best possible experience and value their feedback. We collect feedback from every guests’ stay and strive for continuous improvement.

We strive to source ethically, sustainably and locally wherever possible. 

We’re proud to work with partners that follow the same values, from our new Premier Inn beds by Silentnight which feature a mattress component made from 320 recycled water bottles and to our in-house coffee company Costa whose coffee beans are sustainably sourced, and Rainforest Alliance accredited.

Assessing and actioning our impact on the environment is critical so that the next generation can enjoy the planet in years to come. We recognise our responsibility to take action and drive change. That’s why our key focus is to save energy, reduce water consumption, reduce waste to landfill and strive towards achieving Net Zero 2030.
